Precision A and B

Both Precision A and B have auto-qualified for Navy Nationals based on their scores from this competition.

JHS will be the first school to take four teams to the Navy National competition. That contest will take place in Anniston, Alabama, in February.

The same four teams have also received invitations to the Army Marksmanship Unit’s National Air Rifle Championship, the largest air rifle competition in the nation which includes high-level private teams. Again, no other school has sent four teams. This contest will be in Camp Perry, Ohio in January.

Over the holiday break, JHS cadets will be practicing for the National Junior Olympics qualifying which will take place on January 6.

The cadets have their sights set on adding to the unit trophy cases and several have shots and putting up new national records.
